MEET THE FOUNDER
David Strickland
David Strickland started Just Chillin’ in Johnson City, Tennessee in 2024 after seeing how often businesses and event organizers in the region needed cold storage and had nowhere to turn for it.
He built the business hands-on, one trailer at a time: taking the calls, making the deliveries, and setting the service standard customers now count on for festivals, food trucks, commercial kitchens and emergency cold storage.
That standard is what the franchise system is built to teach. Franchisees learn the model from the founder and the team that runs it every day.
