6x12 Trailers
Mid-size refrigerated trailer offering extra storage capacity while remaining easy to accommodate at most locations. Maintains temperatures from 0°F–50°F with durable insulated construction.
6x16 Trailers
Our largest refrigerated trailer, designed for larger events, businesses, and higher-volume cold storage needs. Provides generous storage space with reliable 0°F–50°F temperature control.

Just Chillin’ exists to make dependable cold storage simple to get and easy to use. The company delivers high-quality, temperature-controlled trailers, flexible rental terms priced without surprises, and service that shows up, bringing cold storage directly to the customer’s door.
ABOUT US
Just Chillin’ was started by David Strickland in Johnson City, Tennessee in 2024 to fill a gap he kept seeing: businesses and event organizers needed cold space fast, with no easy way to get it. The company now serves East Tennessee and the surrounding region from its Johnson City location, which doubles as the operating model and training base for the franchise system. The goal ahead is straightforward: bring the same standard of equipment and service to markets across the country through owner-operators who run their own territory.
